At Park View, we believe that leadership is an important skill for pupils to acquire. As a result, we provide diverse opportunities to take a lead in everyday learning. We have a Pupil Leadership Team who, evaluate our school and use leadership meetings to discuss issues such as safeguarding, how pupils learn and gather pupils’ views on their well being.  This encourages children to take ownership of our school as a collective enterprise, which we all contribute to and try to improve.

Our pupil leaders campaigned to be elected by their peers, using their persuasion and oracy skills.
